Templant has been acquired by Camfaud Group, marking an important new chapter in the company’s continued growth and development.
As part of Camfaud Group, the UK’s largest concrete pumping company and part of Concrete Pumping Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: BBCP), Templant is now in a stronger position to invest further in its rental fleet, transport and service capability, while expanding its presence across the UK through the development of a multi-depot network.
While the acquisition represents a significant milestone for us, our core focus remains unchanged. Customers will continue to receive the same dependable 24/7 support, the same experienced team, and the same high standards of service they know and trust. Chris and Zoe Allen will also continue to play an active role in leading the business.
Looking ahead, the acquisition will support further growth across the UK, with increased investment in equipment, vehicles and people. It will also strengthen Templant’s ability to meet growing demand for lower-emission temporary power solutions, including Stage V generators and battery energy storage systems.
