As preferred suppliers of Temporary Power for Lambeth council Templant were excited to provide power for this years Lambeth Country Show at Brockwell Park, one of the best and largest free weekend events in the UK with genuine universal appeal to both young and old.
This years show was split into Nine zones providing visitors with the opportunity to get involved with everything. The Cultivate Zone hosted a diverse range of dance, music and arts performances as well as workshops, and Activate was a major attraction to the 2013 Show with live demonstrations and taster sessions from a variety of Local sports clubs and trained sports professionals.
In the week leading up to the event Templant Engineers and Logistical Team delivered and set up 23 generators ranging from 20Kva up to 135Kva and 4 fuel tanks. Templant engineers remained onsite to ensure the power was running at optimum for the full duration of the event.
The Main Arena was one of the most popular attractions with spectacular events from camel racing to horse jousting. Needless to say the Main stage was phenomenal with a fusion of International Acts, and professional entertainers from the Borough.
The Village Green offered a more mellow mix of entertainment, including jazz, folk and pop music.
The Flower & Farm Zones bought the countryside to the city and speak for themselves!  …..And as always the thrill of the Funfair attracted big kids and children alike.
With over 250 exhibitors and traders and over 150,000 visitors, a fabulous weekend of truly amazing and diverse events was enjoyed by all!
